We are currently looking for production workers for a medium term assignment on the southern end of the Gold Coast. Our client is a well established business and have a strong reputation in the marketplace. The positions are based in a steel manufacturing facility where you will be required to perform manual handling tasks, production machine operation and use of equipment including guilotines. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of safety in the workplace and have a demonstrated track record in your previous roles. Forklift ticket is preferred, but not essential. The position will initially commence on a day shift (6am start) and you will have the flexibility to work afternoon or night shift with prior notice - shift penalties apply. All applicants must undertake a drug/alcohol screen prior to commencement. The positions have an immediate start and may lead to longer term opportunities for the right person.
