Candidate Preparation Tips to Get the Job!

In today's highly competitive job market, it is imperative for candidates to be fully prepared for an interview. 

Julie Warner Health recruitment specialists share some useful candidate-preparation tips for applicants to stand out and get the job they’ve applied for:

  1. Recruiter: Choose a recruiter you can rely on – an industry specialist, who is professional and positive, a good listener, understands the role, company and industry, and is motivated to help candidates get the job;

  2. CV: Resumes should be well written and formatted, and no more than 2 pages. Use bullet points and short sentences rather than paragraphs. Highlight key information at the top of the resume including Employment History, and relate your Professional Experience to the role.
