Warehouse Manager

The Company

With an instantly recognised name in the 3PL sector, our client is growing steadily and is looking to appoint a Warehouse Manager. Operating nationally, our client offers specialized solutions to their industry specific customers.

The Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations over multiple sites. You will set and manage all operational budgets and be in responsible for all receipt and pick/pack operations. Your effective people management skills will be the key to your success in this role. This role will initially be based in the western suburbs but will move permanently to the outer northern suburbs early 2013.
The Person

• You will have previous upper level management experience from a FMCG/3PL/DC warehousing environment
• Able to demonstrate competent people management skills
• WMS experience
• Able to think on your feet and solve tactical problems
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
