An opportunity for an experienced workers compensation case manager has arisen within this well regarded organisation for a 12 month contract.
About the role Reporting to the Claims Management Team Leader you will be responsible for delivering best practice end to end claims management services. Some of the activities you will be responsible for include: - Deliver services to the organisations employees and Line Managers
- Providing guidance, leadership and support to the Injury Management Services Team
- Build collaborative relationships with business partners and other stakeholders
Skills and experience You will demonstrate: - Workers compensation claims management experience
- Strong planning and organisation capabilities
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven track record in building positive customer relationships
- Sound decision making and analytical skills
- Demonstrated application of best practice case management principles
