The Company:
This reputable, expanding Civil Contractor is based in South East Queensland, though currently concentrating on a large volume of road construction projects in throughout Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an exposure to Main Roads projects, to assist in managing their expansion in Central and North Queensland specifically.
The Role:
As the Project Manager, your extensive experience in the Civil Industry in a similar position will ensure your consistent direction and leadership onsite. You will report directly to the Construction Manager on site based operations of road construction projects valued up to $40M. Your direct reports will be a Site Engineer and a Site Supervisor to assist in quality, safety and environmental issues.
Essential to your success:
4 years in a Project Management role
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar
TMR road construction and pavements exposure
Safety conscious
Professional attitude
Desirable:
WHSO qualifications
Main Roads/RTA design exposure
