Currently we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join one of our key clients on site in Moranbah. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Project Manager, to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with both the contractual and specified requirements.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
A minimum of 3 years Contracts Administration experience.
Experience with Mining Constructions Projects.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is desired, but not essential.
A detailed knowledge of Project Sequencing.
The ability to liaise with clients in order to ascertain needs and expectations.
Assisted in the cost control of project previously.
Experience in the development and control of procurement programs.
Documentation control experience for sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.
Competent numeracy skills and financial understanding.
