The Intermedia Group is also a major shareholder in a growing number of highly respected local consumer titles such as Time Out Sydney and Time Out Melbourne.
We seek a creative and experienced web designer, with exceptional front-end design skills and a keen interest in user experience. This is anopportunity to raise aesthetic standards across all brands in the company, and marry your graphic design skills with front-end development.
This position will see you playing a major role in the launch of new titles as well as providing the art direction for the development of our existing digital brands.
Your primary task will be to raise and maintain standards of our front-end design, across the group. You will design and oversee the build of cross-platform publications and ensure common design elements are deployed for maximum effect. Working with a dedicated team of developers and digital specialists, you will be the voice of authority on digital aesthetics and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a designer, 2-3 years experience as a front-end developer and be able to demonstrate successful work with content-driven websites. You will have a driven and ambitious work ethic, with an ability to lead others. You will be highly proficient in Adobe CS, with a working knowledge of CSS, HTML and digital publishing platforms such as WordPress.
