My client, a funky Sydney digital agency require a Digital Account Manager for an exciting new role!!!
Key Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for existing client requests, queries and issues.
- Promptly, proactively and regularly communicate with existing clients on progress of, or solutions to, any requests, queries or issues.
- Actively reporting to clients activity results and data insights.
- Ensure that revenue expectations are fulfilled and that contractual commitments are delivered.
- Working with Creative and Production teams in the development and scoping process by translating marketing objectives into commercial strategies.
- Develop revenue forecasts and account development plans, and report on progress to the Account Directors.
The Person;
1-2 years of experience working within a digital agency servicing senior marketers in an account management role.
- Proven track record for delivering cost effective Social Media and online marketing strategies.
- Strong communications skills with internal and external stakeholder reporting experience
- Profound knowledge of eDM best practice and focused on continuously improving the online user navigation experience.
- Digital campaign planning, development & measurement (eDM's, Acquisition & Retention)Social media engagement strategy development, execution and reporting.
- Digital project experience in areas of: online rich media campaigns, CMS platforms, CRM/database. eDM broadcasts, Flash microsites.
- Proven ability to identify client requirements and advise on how best to leverage a variety of digital media to construct effective digital marketing strategies.
- A positive approach to identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
