About the Role:

This position is responsible for actively developing existing relationships to grow existing portfolio, and is focused on driving sales and expansion on current business. Also ensuring product development is consistent with the customer needs and requirements as well as:

• Creating yardages, repeat prints and placement prints for fashion development
• Liaising with the buyers and offshore manufacturers
• Development of concept and trend boards and stories for each season
• Designing presentations for buyers
• Researching trends and fabrics for presenting seasonal forecasting to key clients
• Provide hands-on assistance with artwork and design
• Tracking approvals and ad samples
• Manage timelines to ensure product is delivered on time

The ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years proven experience in a similar role
• Technical design skills and experience
• Confident using Illustrator and photoshop
• Understanding of developing trend-based product
• Knowledge of garment construction and offshore manufacturing
• Client relationship management
• Strong and effective communication skills
